Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return

1. Use the returns form included in your parcel.
2. Clearly state which items you’re returning and whether you want an exchange or refund.
3. Send your parcel using any courier of your choice within 14 days.
4. We process all returns within 2 working days of receiving your package.
5. We are unable to offer free returns to enable us to keep our items the best value possible. Return costs are to be covered by the customer.

Refund Policy

• Full-price items – Eligible for a refund within 14 days.
• Sale & BOGOF items – Exchange or store credit only (no refunds).
• Faulty items – Must be reported within 28 days.

International Returns

We do not offer free returns for international customers. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
