1-29% REFUND - Will will process a refund for any items on sale between 1-29% 

30-90% STORE CREDIT - All items 30% off and over will automatically be issued with a store credit.

 RETURNS 

Do you want to exchange or return your purchase? We are glad to help you! You can exchange or return up to 14 days after the date of delivery.

Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:

1. Use the returns form within your shipment to return for an exchange/refund

2. Fill in the return form that comes with your package. Fill in clearly which items you want to return and if you would like to exchange your items or want a refund.

3. Deliver your parcel to the carrier of your choice within 14 days after receiving your package. 

4. We process all returns within 2 working days 

Full price items eligible for a refund within 14 days 

Sale items are non refundable, Exchanges or Store Credit Only. (This includes using a voucher code and promotional offers such as Combo Deals)

Any faulty items you have 28 days to report these, This is a legal requirement. 

**INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - To keep our prices as low as possible we are unable to provide free returns** - If in any doubt purchases will need to be returned the costs are down to yourself the customer.
